What is it used for?
At the therapeutic daily dose of 1500mg, Glucosamine HCl nourishes joints, slows the degenerative changes to cartilage and provides temporary relief from the pain of osteoarthritis. The addition of Calcium, at the therapeutic daily dose of 800mg improves the formation and strengthening of bones, and may also assist in the prevention of osteoporosis. Vitamin D and K1 enhance calcium absorption to also help prevent the risk of osteoporosis

Daily Dosage
Adults - Take two tabsules twice daily (4 tabsules in total) with food or as professionally directed. This is the therapeutic dose for the daily management of Osteoarthritis & Osteoporosis (Glucosamine Hydrochloride 1500mg and Calcium 800mg).

It may take approximately 3 to 6 weeks of continuous use for a clinically significant improvement in symptoms.
