Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches.

-Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories, as applicable, or up to $50 may be deducted from the refund/exchange for replacement cost of certificates and accessories.

-Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch or a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price may apply, except that no restocking fee shall apply if the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect (restocking fee not applicable in Hawaii).

Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized jewelry, special order watches, class rings and engraved items.

Cash refunds are issued to original purchaser with original sales receipt.

Cash refunds over $200 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.

Charge credits are issued to original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.

Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.

All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

Zales 购物流程

1、注册。

进入官网，点击页面上方的 MY account

填写注册信息。只用填写邮箱、密码、重复密码就可以了。

注册完成。

2、购物。

挑选想要购买的商品。既然他们家的钻石最有名，那咱们就用个带钻的举例吧。

进入商品详情。选择戒指的规格和钻石的规格。然后点Buy setting only。

3、结算。

进入购物车结算。

选择运输方式，填写地址信息、信用卡信息。

确认订单并付款，这样Zales 的整个购物流程就完成了。
